So I have not done all my research (I have done a lot in wholesalling, but only read books on rentals) yet and that is why I'm sure in the future you will see some stupid questions.

Also, if you can demonstrate that the value is less as a direct result of their actions, I would think you could recover your half of that loss as well.I would recommend doing as much research as possible because you are basically on your own.

Is it possible for a first-time home-buyer such as myself to assimilate all of the information from books/Internet research/television programs, maybe some phone calls from a realtor relative, but not go with a real estate agent?
