I am starting out in commercial real estate as a broker and i was wondering what type of software you guys use to create marketing packages and if you use other software to aid you in researching properties and numbers.

Do you have something to create charts and show returns over the course of the investment?

I would love to hear what you are using and what you like or dislike about it.
