If he's that interested in sharing his knowledge, why don't you encourage him to join and build a good reputation for himself...as opposed to you just mentioned him in every thread you reply to?

Hello James,I'm not an attorney however I would recommend speaking with one, or a reputable property management company at least.

So, if your primary is reputable and other wholesalers can vouch for them honoring the co-wholesaling agreement, you should be fine.

It always makes me a little nervous when investors want to use their own PM's unless I know the PM and their reputation.

BUT would be in serious hot water plus have to live with my own ethical standards and reputation, etc.  

I'm trying to plan ahead and looking for reputable places in Wi.

I would start with a reputable agent/broker who only works in multi fam.  

Maybe a "loss leader" to get their name out there and build their reputation?

The only solution to this problem is to find a contractor who is reputable and that wont run off with your money.
