Looking for mentorship for multi-family in the Denver area

Hello,

Background:  I'm looking to invest in my first multi-family property in the Denver area. I'm a licensed real estate agent, have my own residential property management company and manage many single family homes and condos. Additionally, I co-own over a dozen single family homes.

Has anyone recently invested in an apartment or maybe you own many? I'm looking for advice on where to start, how to evaluate, how to put the deal together, what to watch out for, join CCIM or IREM, or both, etc,?
