I would've thought turnover in Jersey would be quicker as taxes are among the highest whereas in NY, taxes are lower in high population counties and banks can afford to hold onto their inventory for longer for a bigger payout.

You can get the applicants' hard copy and verify against the docs you get after submitting the 4506T, or you can do a 4506 and pay for each page of the returns to get the hard copies from the IRS; using the 4506T should go quicker according to IRS.
