Currently just seeking deals, learning what I can what the time I have available, raising capital with private money, and trying to think outside the box and not do what everyone else is doing in my area.

I am looking to refinance my current mortgage with private funding I have been looking and getting some curious responses which are reasonable.

( that I know of)What other technology based solutions can be provided to Real Estate, particularly for private investors?

Generally speaking, if a creditor is allowed to take possession of the shares of stock, they can sell those shares (which is worthless in a private corporation); however, there may be a requirement to sell the shares back to the corporation, etc....

It would be better to find private financing (which is extremely available) if you search in the right fields one place is elite business network, and ther are others.

Government, corporate, private... all kinds of debt has been discounted at various times since before our counrty was created.
