Hi everyone,

Brand new to the site just wanted to say hello and make a quick introduction. I'm from Nova Scotia, Canada, and am one half of a company that specializes in acquiring American real estate for both Americans and fellow Canadians (mostly vacation spots; have to escape these winters somehow!). The areas we are concentrating in right now are Orlando, Atlanta and Phoenix, but we are looking to expand to other markets over the next several months. I'm looking forward to networking with all of you, and am always looking for new buyers (including wholesale), as well as finding new leads, sources for private money etc. Its great to find such a fantastic resource as Biggerpockets, cant wait to network and make money with you!
