A big one that makes me passionate about this, is contributing to solving loneliness...

Real Estate is where my passion lies.

Motivation is important but it must come from the inside (passion/interest).

I myself am an avid hunter of white tail deer, and I have a passion for homesteading (think cabin in the woods, hunting, gardens, apple trees, bee keeping, livestock, and no electricity) that is only matched by my passion for real estate. 

But Considering I have the passion and fire of a thousand suns for real estate, how can I go about creating these streams for her?

I can tell you in MY experience what you describe is fantasy land :) Not trying to be condescending, just telling you from a tired landlord who HATES HOA"s with a PASSION!

The middle of the road not passionate is the hardest because they don't care ;)I find that equally true for real estate 

Scaling is possible, but you need to have a passion for it or you will be miserable.

The thing of it is, yes, all these flakey, dishonest, and incompetent people are out there in mass, it's true, but there are also many great, honest, passionate, and incredibly talented folks out there too, and you will need to sort through 100 of the first kind to get to 1 of the second kind, but finding that 1 is worth it.
