They also mention number of years as lease term when you dig in and find when they say ten 5 is primary and 5 is an option period so really five years is guaranteed.Yet another example is when they mention the parent corp is a 3 billion company and has a corp guarantee only to find out the parent company is not guaranteeing this property but they mention hat it does.
