go to the  county surveyors office or hall of records or whatever you call it and pull up the record subdivision map .. identify the parcel then look it up on the micro fiche or other things they have at the county offices.or do what I would do and call my title company and ask them to pull it.

@Kevin Grinstead I've heard that Tennessee market is booming, I was able to visit 2 times last year and saw that there was a lot of new construction buildings, homes, plazas, and office happening, which is a good sign indeed.
