My name is Amy and I am currently living north of Richmond, Virginia in Hanover County. 

I sold an airbnb condo this year in the Short North in columbus near the convention Center that has been wildly successful and a duplex in Hilliard for owners that do the same thing. 

I'm in a similar position, bought a townhome in north Seattle 3 years ago, lived in and am now renting for cashflow (see my other post for full details) i would be interested in connecting to discuss and share networks

I am from the Richmond, VA area - growing up just 30 minutes south, going to college 30 minutes north, and working in and around Richmond for the past 10 years.Yea, you can thank the high paying tech jobs for the high real estate costs in Richmond (Capital One, etc.).  

I run my own credit every 3 months or so at work and have a FICO north of 800, so it's not like mortgage credit inquiries trash your credit or anything, so there must be some other reason someone is trying to hide their credit and/or other paperwork.I'd suggest taking yourself out of that bucket where only noob/idiot lenders will bother, and putting yourself in the good bucket where you end up with a competent professional local to where you are buying real estate will actually be able to help you. :) God knows what misinformation you've already gotten while barking up this particular tree, given the sorts that'll bother barking back...Last last week, an agent referred someone to me.

I have an investor in my company's flipper program doing a flip in North Fort Worth.  

I look for deals where I live, which is in a county (Hanover) north of Richmond.
