Hi guys! My name is Amy and I am currently living north of Richmond, Virginia in Hanover County. I work in mortgage servicing currently and have been working in real estate for about 2 1/2 years in Richmond. I am looking for my first deal now in the Ashland/Hanover area. @Daniel Harnsberger Oh nice, I definitely will have to get with you soon then. I am out of town the next few weeks due to vacations and work trips, but I am always available via email! I am in Ashland but I am open to deals in nearby Hanover areas as well as long as it's not too far of a drive from my primary residence since that's the market I know best. How long have you been a property manager for?
