I have posted regarding this topic before and the general consensus was that I should just start saving more aggressively and then eventually buy a multi-family property as my first deal.

Here in Canada most FSBOs advertise on kijiji.

We stayed at a Lake Community in a multi family apartment/condo style building.

We have great people on the ground and are mostly interested in properties with multiple revenue streams like multi units, 2-4 plexes and out of the box real estate investments.  

I'm a 50 year old Industrial Mechanic, so I can fix just about anything, and my wife is a Industrial Electrician who has went on to get her engineering degree.

Hey all,To protect yourself against lawsuits, do you follow any special rules or keep anything in mind when you are advertising your property, communicating with applicants and reviewing applications?

Multi family have jumped 100% in value in some instances over the past 2 years..  

I'm trying to understand if I can legally advertise these spots (3), perhaps put more, as long-term RV slots.

Ideally this person has worked in multi family units before.

Interested in acquiring small multi-families / commercial properties in and around NY, NJ, or eastern PA.
