Usually, markets move in 8 to 10 year, cyclical cycles.

This is potentially going to be my first deal so I apologies in advance if my info and idea isn't as succinct as it could be.My wife's family is in Louisiana and looking to sell 6 rental homes as they are moving out of town and do not want to keep them as they were self managing.

I will move it to the top!

This portfolio was bought with the “fix and flip” intention but we could also hold them for cashflow if the market moves against us. 

Once you blowing them away with your asset manager skills, then move into larger roll in the organization...always ask for a piece of the equity on every deal, no matter how small.   

Should I buy this multi family here in NE even though I'm looking to move out of state?

If they can't answer that to begin with, I'd move on.

I moved into a condo with an HOA and they have a property manager.

I just moved back to OKC and looking to transition my focus to REI.
