I'm active duty military with a deployment a couple months away, so this is a factor in my strategy.

On another note, I married my present wife in 2000.

We own his property with another couple and without all the boring details, no we need to sell. 

I have interviewed a couple of them so far such as The Trinity Group at HER Realtors, ERA Real Solutions Realty, Northpoint Asset Management, Columbus Property Management Pro's, Golden Gate Real Estate.

We have gone out to look at the property, reviewed the financials back to 2016 and met with the seller in person a couple different times.
