You could put in the marketplace section of BP as well.

Homes in the SW go for a pretty penny, so I would search outside of the Summerlin area, but close enough, like my first househack.I would advertise on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow Rental, Realtor, Roomies, word of mouth, etc.

@Ramel Ruffin-   1) you can make any offer contingent to a full inspection ..in this marketplace most sellers  shouldnt balk at an  offer with  this contingency in it ....if  you are in a more competitive  situation - try to have it pre inspected  before making your offer    2)  if you need  financing - and  if you havent already done  so - get your loan pre approval  in place  or   updated

Check FB market place or a local appliance store that sells refurbished/scratch or dent stuff that looks mostly good and functions well.

Use the square footage, bedroom & bathroom filters to get more accurate results.In some areas, Facebook marketplace can be pretty active with rental listings.In both cases, you should pay attention to how long something has been listed for rent.

Its almost a guarantee when you relist with a regular agent, that the first listing will cause you a stigma in the market place.
