Another option was using equity to buy a 3rd home with FHA (the first 2 loans were under VA).

However, I've read that lands contracts can exist where I'm not given the deed to the home until the loan amount is paid in full ($155,000.)

@Yadira ValeraIf you transfer property but mortgage stays in your name it still shows on creditIf loan is in the LLC, you may have to personally guarantee it so you would be required to list it as a debt on any new applicationsJust a fyi

One question - which lender did you use to get a sub $100K loan? 

So, yeah it's still got improvement but there going a dang good direction. 

The buyer STILL MUST BE QUALIFIED AT THE HIGHEST RATE to get this loan.
