The numbers looked good and I trust all their judgment as they've never let me down thus far.There were some title work issues that needed clearing so we still haven't closed yet, but I got notice last week that title was finally clear.

Then, immediately after, on the same day at the same title company, you close with the buyer.

@Chris Montalvo yes it work, but does depend on state laws and check with your title.

If I am using my contract to issue ownership to my buyer what do i personally need too use a title company for?
