Hello everyone,Do anyone know of any title companies that handle assignment contracts in the Chicago area?

Throughout the process I found myself critiquing the agent (just in private thoughts) on how I would have handled each hurdle we encountered. 

@Leon Wang, Unless there's something unique with what you're trying to do any title company can handle those quiet title transfers.  

While learning a trade, I'd say figure out a way to house-hack a duplex or tri-plex with your wife to reduce your housing costs. 

Septic systems and old pipes have a tougher time with them, but unless you warned your tenants that your particular system can't handle tampons, then there is no reason that the vast majority of women wouldn't think they could.Sanitary pads are different. 

For now, we are planning to do the property management and looking for a low cost or free software solution to handle the property management.

Our bottom unit ended up vacating.Overall, for being our first time handling bad tenants, I think we did ok.

This can reduce the amount of payroll taxes you have to pay.

Hey all,Does anybody have recommendations for a contractor that can handle a top to bottom remodel in the New Tampa or Wesley Chapel area?

** I am willing to do it of course but prospecting in the phone for buyers 6 hrs a day is not what I envisioned..The one firm ( team) wanta me to handlebonly the buyer side while one person deals with negotiations/ listings and one handles the contract.Please help a newbie out.:)))
