I don't know exactly when/how those will impact supply, but it has me thinking maybe to focus on 3br's for now (assuming 2br and 1br will be bloated and rents suppressed for awhile).Are there any local groups or meetups you can recommend in Moses Lake?

Obviously there's no shortage of money to be made and real estate is big in most cities like Portland but I've had a hard time finding groups and other other investors to meet and talk with.

Look for the local Skagit County and Anacortes group here in BP, as I understand they meet regularly. 

Based on reading the Joliet area posts I think it would make for a good meetup group.
