Things can change quickly.I use a TC on my transactions of course and they can send contracts out and chase sigs for me etc. but they’re careful not to write in additional provisions or cross over into doing an agents job.

I think I have solved the problem, just waiting for a rain to prove it before recovering the trench with concrete.Plan for my company:Real Estate investment is not my end point, and I believe with the proper plan I can skip the standard "buy 4 green houses, and turn them into one red hotel" method.

This is where they cross the line that most RE authorities consider to be practicing RE without a license.The whole idea of wholesalers without RE licenses is a monster debate by itself. 

So a consumer can have it delivered to the store for a specialty item without worrying when UPS,FEDEX, postal mail comes and whether the item gets stolen and instead pick up the other item as the store while they cross shop.
