I just graduated from high school in 2017 and I haven‘ been able to keep a stable job for 2 years, I’ve been in and out of temp services.

My daughter has been accepted into graduate school at CSU in Monterey Bay.

I also hold a BS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Graduate level Tech certification in Analysis & Design of Information Systems from Columbia University in NYC.I plan to start my REI journey/career on a part time basis while teaching.

I am a 22 year old recent college graduate in STEM, who will be making a strong salary for my area (Rural Midwest).

If you can do that while still in college, you will basically get all of your housing paid for you for the balance of your college career, be learning a very important part of the REI profession while you are at it and graduate with a fraction of the debt that your counterparts will be. 

I graduated college almost 2 years ago and have always planned on purchasing at least my first multi-family property with around 10% down.

We are now moving for 2.5 years for my wife's graduate school and we are planning to do the same with our condo.
