Mortgage Loan for House Hacking
Hey Everyone,
Are there some mortgage companies that will take House Hacking into consideration to qualify you for a larger loan?
I am currently an engineering student in the Orange County, CA area, graduating and starting my full time engineering job (currently interning for the company) in May. I am looking to buy a Single Family House either at the end of this year or early next year. I have roommates who attend college that would be ideal for me to rent rooms to when I buy a house, but they need to stay local in Orange County, so this is where I am looking to buy.
I wouldn't qualify for a loan big enough to buy a house based off of my income once I start my new job in May, but I am looking for a way around this and am hoping any of you have some advice or were once in this situation!
Thank you!
