Are you confident the attorney is giving you the proper legal advice?

I wasn't sure if my focus needed to be on attracting investors, t or tenants I'm feeling a lot more confident now!

Brand new carpet in all rooms, freshly painted, and thoroughly clean.Similar properties have gone closer to $220+ in our area and I feel confident with renting at $1350. 

Both of them are confident that my house can be sold.

I've considered a few properties in Windsor Park in the past, but haven't yet had the [courage, fortitude, confidence - pick your adjective] to move forward, at least partly due to the fact that there are a decent amount of vacant properties & sales comps are all over the place (what is the true market price?).

You will need to determine what confidence level you have in those and what happens to the potential profit if those number vary from predicted.Some of the decision would definetly be based on your funding mechanism.Good Luck
