Those companies that reorged did so by targeting SIDRA  ( need to sell for cash only) and foreigners..

If you're doing business in your home state of Texas, those transactions will be governed by the the laws of the State of Texas and you'll be duplicating your costs by registering your NV entity as a "foreign" entity doing business in TX.

Property taxes, insurance, reserves, maintenance costs are all foreign concepts.

Government can't print houses which take real commodities and labor to build.The combination of Federal Reserve money printing (or debt expansion) will continually cheapen the currency.

I realize it's a bit more complex because we're foreigners... we've been told it's best to deal with Canadian banks that do business in the US.

So smart investors with dollars can make a huge gain on the currency fluctuations. 

They operate on a foreign license and the states allow this.

Of all the markets, i would bet Vietnam is best poised to experience price appreciation for two reasons. 1) constrained land and 2) increased foreign investment.

As for tapering, I see it as necessary to avoid higher inflation and further devaluation of our currency, but it will really shake things up, especially in housing.These two items don't include a generic correction like what you describe.
