I locked at 5.625 for .375 points.Rate buy downs were as follows: 5.5 for .875 points. 5.375 for 1.375 points, 5.25 for 1.875 points or 5.125 for 2.375 points.So I was remembering slightly off. .5 points gets me .125 percent off the rate.
