I'd read the home study courses, and the concept of hard money, but it wasn't until I started going to the networking group meetings that I actually found any HML's who did what the books said they did.One of the groups was run by a brokerage house that hooked us up with the hard money lender, so they did all the work to find the guys with the money and we just paid them their points for doing it.Hubby is in the medical field and he does a split shift from 6am-8am then 2pm-8pm, M-F.

I spend my days out in the field managing a small team of field service computer techs in Massachusetts and use to manage projects with small teams all over the US.Now that I have the extra time to put into investing and researching I am eager to get to it.I am still educating myself through BP and other resources and hope to get into wholesaling to start with and maybe move up from there after a year or so.Still trying to figure out the type of wording or type of contract when putting together a deal so if anyone has any tips or tricks I would appreciate it.I have to already say thanks for this website!!
