That's conventional in my area. 21st Mortgage does national financing, Vanderbilt finances Clayton Homes, Greentree (I don't know if they're still originating), are some I can think of off the top of my head.

However, because the online business model is so fantastic (it amazes me that someone would question why you would want to sell information online) it is ripe for swindlers, but I am sure you are savvy enough to know the risks.Of course I'm simplifying the process, I've been extremely motivated along the way, but in the process of learning what it takes to find a deal and bringing a deal to an investor there are tons of lessons and contacts that are made.Good Luck,Russell

In order for us to combine households in a property where we don't feel like we're on top of each other, we'd need the proceeds from their home to do so (we live outside of the DC area and land/big houses are quite expensive).

If I can just start scanning the MLS and get on top of deals asap and be the first guy there, this guy will miss out.The negative emotions make me feel more drive, but I also know not to go outside of what the numbers say.
