Having the hardwood exposed on either side will make a big difference to buyers.

As far as the pipe being exposed , there are ways to hide it 

All tenants should be required though to carry renters insurance..that is just smart no matter what the risks they may be exposed to. 

Cash flow is king but it is a sustainability factor with more linear gains than exponential ones.To that point, an architecture education will expose you to a network of individuals who would otherwise be off your path.

This might get you exposed to the all-important skillset of valuing property.

It has been exposed to the market at X price for six month and the market says it is not worth that.

If you don't plan on managing your property like a negligent criminal your exposer to a situation like this is microscopic.

I Think one way to make real estate approachable for kids is to expose them to the idea of house hacking.Please let me know if there is something we can do to help.
