Everything seems ridiculously overpriced right now that we're getting bids 100-150K over the budget set based on prices when we bought our land in mid-2019. you need your crystal ball.. 

I don’t rent to people who try to low ball me on the prices of my STRs.

Or preferably go count them yourselve.Once you do this exercise you will own the metric.

Its a money draining exercise to you need to be very clear about what you want to do and how long to exit.

Will they accept low ball offers when they decide to sell?
