I'm a licensed real estate agent that really wants to start getting into investing but worry that there's a conflict of interestso, as a real estate agent I come across deals everyday and my eyes for recognizing potential deals is becoming sharper with my experience.

The ones I read every day is Bisnow and RealDeal. 

I wonder why there is no one who knows about this especially place like BP where lots of real estate expertise gather every day. 

I'm talking to more and more clients every day with multiple properties to sell. 

There are so many apps and services that will avoid this, and so this means that they are not organized or able/willing to work with tech to streamline their business.I work with a high volume for my area and at the end of every day I have a clean inbox, returned all my calls, checked in on my current pending sales (I usually have 4-8 in my pipeline at any given time), and responded to all my texts and facebook messages.

I search for deals, everyday, in MLS, both for multi family and single family homes.The retail prices cut into cash flow.The loans for national foreigners rates are also too high.
