If the occupants didn't leave voluntarily after being served with a legal notice to vacate, we could then proceed through the normal eviction process for our jurisdiction.

Hi, I'm seriously considering buying a Condominium in the Riviera Maya part of Mexic)(Playa Del Carmen to be more specific and I'm wondering if anyone out there has had any success with vacation rentals there?  

I already have 1 unit in this condo complex and it is netting me around 2300 avg per month in net rental income as it is listed as a vacation rental and has high occupancy.I am a noobie investor so looking for some seasoned pros to help me see if this deal is worth it. thanks!

Its hard to know the ROI because its unlikely if a tenant likes the rest of the house they will not rent it because of this, but also I want this to be a house they enjoy and not have a frustration like this everyday causing them to want to move out sooner.

Hawaii is perfect for vacation rentals and Airbnb which earn way more than a standard apartment lease.

I enjoy investing and usually focus on the 19th ward myself. 

I really enjoy meeting and talking with local investors in person.
