I suspect it has eliminated virtually all tenant applications from tenants with bogus ESAs.for ESAs, I have much stricter rules in my non-pet units (which have no private yard).  

We used it to develop a screening process that eliminates 90% of the ESA requests.Using these guidelines we have been able to remove ESAs that were aggressive towards other animals and residents.

It seems pretty obvious that locksmiths say Kwikset Smartkey locks are bad because they eliminate the need for a locksmith to rekey them every time.I have Smartkey locks in one rental and no problems.

So, you will, of course, add your brother to the LLC as a member or eliminate it entirely in favor of an LLP. 

Preferably after you can eliminate one job.

Trust is important, but having an excellent team with checks & balances in place eliminates the need for trust to be the sole determining factor.

So if you run a search for say 5000 records on PS and you eliminate the LLC's and corporations from that search, then run that through their skip trace service don't expect to get back any more than around 650 numbers.
