I'm sure they will come to disagree, but small jobs can usually be done more efficiently being more involved yourself.

Those business systems took years to set up and learn how to operate efficiently.

I am all about the efficiency technology bring to life however you need to get connected with other local investors.  

They were prompt, efficient, and accurate.

Obviously keeping boilers or other running as efficiently as possible is the goal, but outside of keeping the temp at a reasonable level....don't have the boilers cranked up to high....I really haven't found a way to reduce this without putting I new windows or a completely new system or have the residents pay for it.  

I currently work in the Energy Efficiency (Green) field, which is a growing field, but working for others just isn't for me any more.I will be successful in real estate investing, because of my drive, work ethic, and heart!  

I would rather save my money by doing quick and efficient repairs that are done right.

We have small margins so we have learn to be very efficient.
