Not a great place to be, but better than an unsecured loan.Ask for any piece of paperwork that you think will help with the due diligence.

In the meantime if anyone from Fort Worth knows of a more experienced local home inspector then I'm all ears!

When it comes to the guy selling his one rare piece of art or me doing my occasional stock transaction, margins don't matter because the overhead is small and efficiency doesn't buy you much.  

It sure would be great if it works out, but I know many pieces have to happen for it to happen.

Just about every piece of furniture is made in the USA and we allow 2 dogs.

Here in CA even if you open an LLC in another state, they are still taking their piece because I reside in CA.

It seems that this piece is left out of many models and it's all about just the rental process.  

Now his butt is on fire LOL.Even more red flags.Let me guess, he wants to be paid in cash or if by check the check is made out to his name not a business, so he has no business entity, no insurance, no workers comp waiver for himself and certainly none for anyone if he brings a helper on your property.Hope none of this ever comes back to bite you, like he falls off his ladder painting your house, breaks his back, becomes permanently disabled, somebody gets in his ear about how he can get his doctors fees and and a fat cash settlement paid since you're responsible for it, and that's just the beginning of the issues that could come up.
