Another has a basement door with Smartkey, and I'll give them that, so if there's a problem with the contractor I can change it way more easily than the main entry with 3 cylinders to rekey and many keys to distribute

It does have some restrictions like semi-annual profit distributions and longer closing time, however, since you already own the property and do not need the cash for your lifestyle they do not seem like major issues.
