Obvious- “you shouldn’t spend all of your money, you should invest some”.wrong- you should become an expert in forex trading and use your profits to buy gold.Wrong- index funds and tax advantages accounts are the devil wrong- it doesn’t make sense to hold cash because it is fiat currency. it is astonishing to me how many people consider him an inspiration.

The best replies will come from investors who have done many of these...and the rest of the replies will come from those who have strategy bias.Aside from my active real estate, I do notes and syndications and prefer syndications due to the higher returns, I feel that money lending is a business, and I only invest in value add real estate; so, turn key will not fit my criteria (plus I'd need a ton of homes to meet my goals).Syndication investing returns single and low double digit COC annually and mid to high teen IRRs (will vary based on market conditions and asset class).

What makes price up or down is total number of buyers /seller and their own buying power.If the demand side cant' catch up, to buy it's rent price will increase.When Asia hits by hyperinflation of double-digit 2 decades ago, real estate did skyrockets because people that have money keep buying and they know it was the only way to hedge against inflation long term.It has nothing to do with migration,etc.

There's a big difference between total return double digits and cash on cash in double digits.
