Can any give me any feedback on an online tax lien course called Tax Yields Digital Training Program?  

My priority is securing the home, putting up security cameras, Ring Doorbell, Smartlock, getting utilities switched to my name, internet, and the major furniture items (Bed, couch, dressers, etc.)How would you guys tackle this?

After that first time I ended up installing security cameras around my house..

I figure the more digital I can make the application process, the better.

We will likely see MORE inflation coming up than less...especially with continued quantitative easing, and the rise of digital currencies.Overall, it's a bad idea to justify buy/hold returns with potential appreciation. 

Let rents rise yearly, let the property appreciate with all the good things the area has going for it (biotech, tech, great universities, the list goes on...) and wake up in 5 years to six digits of appreciation.  

We make our tenants pass credit and background checks, shouldn't we at least be able to break three digits on the Stanford-Binet?
