I just figured the banks would deny the account based on the business being in Ohio but the address I use is in Illinois.

I am in the process of purchasing a rental property and my insurance broker came back and said that multiple insurance carriers denied the application because the property is classified as an "Ineligible Risk" we were told that their is 1 Insurance carrier that will insure but this will require a pre-insurance inspection.

That usually takes a few months for them to get back to us, usually to deny the proposals. 

Then after you closed they denied you a permit? 

Both of these adults are just abusing and trying to work the system.

What if one of the partners are hit by a bus?

All adults are responsible for ensuring the rent is paid and the rental is not abused or neglected.

Now that's not necessarily through denied claims.
