I don't love the idea of giving up my sub 3% mortgage rate and paying more to borrow money, but sitting on that equity and not putting it to work makes me feel I'm leaving a lot of growth on the table.

In market like california if someone is offering property for 4000$ . is it possible?
I am too new to market so want to get some guidance. I eas doing dream building looking at properties and this pop up.

I get so exited and feel so much passion when I am absorbing content, but when it comes to taking action, I am about it, all day, the thing is I have no idea where to start, or where to look where to start, although I am hoping this is a good starting point!

So Plastiq lets the customer pay the fee if the customer wants to pay with a CC and they send the vendor a paper check.
