It’s going to go away from a commission based model (which to me never really made sense but not complaining about it). 25 years ago when there really wasn’t online listings and you would check the newspaper or call agents for listings times have changed and commissions made sense.

for me got my RE license at 18 and hit the streets.. tough first 6 months.. but that first commish check of 900.00  when at the time  75  a great job paid 8 to 10 bucks and hour.. and it took me I calculated about 6 hours total time..

@Jeremy Muehlbauer before you do anything check for unrelated persons ordinances in your area, that will tell you if you can move forward easily or you would need something like a boarding house license.
