@Justin Cook, You might be right but I feel like buying on the hope that gentrification is coming is a lot like speculation.

But, I'm here and will probably stay.However, I'd not move someplace because of the RE market, there's an RE market where ever you go, just need to learn how to profit in it.I'd be more interested in weather, political flavor, medical facilities, schools, the arts, activities, cost of living and economic stability, if those are all good, you probably have a good RE market. :)
