Are there national or regional sites where you can identify and checkout property management companies?

So there are many sites dedicated to listing all of the commercial office/retail space that is available for lease - but is there any site that allows those individuals/companies who are looking for office space to describe their needs and desired locations?

Oh, and bleed my ears and eyes out through podcasts and the site for knowledge!

It is obviously much more complicated than that but you get the gist.I am a big proponent of HELOCs because you can use the money over and over again without having to ask a bank or someone else "mother may I".

A web site to get your leads to mail to?

My concern is that these houses go under "pending" status on sites like realtor.com.

I'm sure you've seen a lot of investors on this site and others who bash us regularly because of their personal experience with bad managers (or people who claim to be managers) and I totally understand it.
