Paint is terrible throughout but they used dark colors with semigloss paint and it shows their poor ability to spackle.

Paint, about $2000 outside with some prep and $1500 inside, both with limited colors, more colors more cost.BUT all of this it totally different for different areas of the country and sizes of the house, and quality of material.

The options are limited and the issue is color.
