@Bryce Cutler you can touch on a few issues on a high level, but it would be very inefficient to train at that stage, because we have on average probably over 20 in person applications.

So it depends on a lot of factors.Location, views, sleeping qty/ arrangements, amenities etc I would recommend a house in a non HOA neighborhood.A vacation destination would be my choice over a house on 4th st.

One option might be to find a licensed sub in the area that will take most of the work (wood framing, concrete etc) and try to work out an arrangement with them.
