I happen to like the Peyton/Falcon area, but it's a little unique relative to the COS market in general for a variety of reasons.

What this means is that you aren’t able to screen very well, so you get a wide variety of guests at the property.

I'd rather not continue the relationship with HACC or the tenant for a variety of reasons. 

Hopefully that allows you to look at a variety of applicants and give you the opportunity to compare different applicants.

I have a mortgage on this property, I have taxes, insurance, repairs, maintenance, and a variety of other costs.

Within a few months you will have a huge variety to choose from as far as properties.

Our house has a chain link fence running the property line that is actually 3 feet set back on my neighbor's property There are a variety of reasons for that, a huge tree, for one, but the point is the fence has been there for many years, effectively cutting the neighbor off from that portion of their property.  

sure sounds like a tenant from hell. but here are a few things to think about. number 1, they are not your tenants any more, so the court will not look favorable upon them. 2nd, read my profile, i am a home inspector here in new york, with mold remediation as a specialty. there are 18 different types of black mold, and ONLY 2 OF THEM ARE TOXIC. so, your chances of having the toxic variety is slim. 3rd, you have to have either very large quanities of black mold and have it be the toxic kind to make it harmful to people, i. e., airborn. 4th, if these tenants are sick from black mold, then why did you have to go thru court to get them out??

It comes in a wide variety of wood tones and now they’re starting to make it available with stone looks as well.
