If you're redoing the foundation, it might be an opportunity to widen or add in windows and regrade around it.

We've built our own retaining walls, replaced 16 windows, repaired appliances, sprayed exterior/interior paint, learned to set tile and cut countertops ourselves.

Open floor plan, split plan bedrooms, palladium window in quest room which is very impressive.

We open and close windows. 

Both situations were big lessons learned and at this point the butterflies are out the window.

This house looks like it needs walls, ceiling, siding, moving Windows, walls, cabinets and more.

Especially check under windows and by the doors.  

You don't want to go through the seasons more than once with leaky windows.
