Hello Courtney, the web address doesn't come up

I put the link to the web site in the CL ad.

I see couple of them on the web, but hard to tell.

If you are seeing a photo, you probably are using some additional web browser plug-in that is giving you that, and I have no idea what or how to use it.

How do you allocate and rotate date slots?  

I also have a background in web design and when I ran my short term rental, I made a website for my single property.

Is it a grounded outlet (3 prung plug) or ungrounded (old houses and you will just see 2 slots for the plug without the ground under it)  You can try to handle this yourself.  

If there's no problem to solve, you don't have a creative deal.I'd recommend you search the web for "Why you can't close creative deals - Cash Realtor and Keeping It"; and"Creative Finance for Realtors"You may find some helpful resources to prepare you and/or your recipients for creative deals.

I am also a licensed CA Real Estate Agent here in Ventura County, CA and always keep an ear out in the web forums and social media groups for other Agents that have clients that need to place 1031 money as well :) Sometimes it can definitely help the mom & pop like you mentioned when they maybe want to sell their assets but don't know what they exit options are.I also speak with smaller apartment investors in case part of they way into a property purchase is giving the sellers an options to 1031 into Syndications.
