I am coming across a lot of leads and deals and I would like to know what everyone is paying for rehabbing including materials and labor for a middle class 3/2 2,000 square foot house on average what are you spending in your area.The bathrooms, roof, kitchen, rooms, pools, etc.What kind of tips and tricks do you have to bring the costs down?

If you did not do an inventory and condition upon move in then I would first try and have the stove cleaned, and if that does not do the trick, have it replaced.
