Getting started in Hunterdon County
I am totally new to the real estate game but am looking to get started in the Hunterdon county area (close proximity to work). I am hoping to start with multifamily homes (house hacking) or with a small single family fixer upper that could be rented out later on. The towns I have been most interested in are Lambertville, Flemington, and Clinton. I was wondering if anyone has had success there or with other towns in the area? I know it can difficult to find a good deal in NJ due to the high property taxes and property values.
